Dr. Rebecca Robinson has a background in electronics and technical R&D. She is a seasoned technical project manager and innovation strategist with a strong background in cybersecurity, digital skills development, and STEM engagement
With over 10 years of experience at regional universities, she served as the Programme Manager for growth development programmes including Cyber Foundry (DSIT) and Centre for Digital Innovation (InnovateUK) where she led initiatives to bridge academic research with local businesses, empowering SMEs to integrate secure and innovative strategies for impactful growth. Rebecca is passionate about helping your business to thrive, and has nurtured collaborative partnerships between SMEs, and large organisations such as IBM and Fujitsu to benefit all involved.




Her work has been pivotal in nurturing talent and driving innovation within the cyber ecosystem of Lancashire and Cumbria. Rebecca has also been actively involved in community outreach, delivering workshops and presentations to inspire the next generation of STEM professionals.
